I’m someone who loves deep conversations, long walks, whether through the city or the quiet countryside, Sunday night movies with my family, cold dips in wild water, reading, daydreaming, and slow afternoons in the garden.
My path to becoming a counsellor wasn’t straightforward. I spent years working in a busy industry that wore me down, until I realised I needed a life more aligned with who I really am: calmer, more honest, more connected.
What began as a small step; taking a counselling course for myself, became a much bigger journey toward healing, authenticity, and helping others find their way too.
I believe healing doesn’t come from perfection, but from being real, kind, and courageous with ourselves. That’s the space I hope to create for you.
My life philosophy
“Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.”
Pema Chödrön
I love this quote because it reminds me that healing doesn’t need to wait for the perfect moment; we already have what we need to begin.
Everything you need to start: courage, resilience, the capacity for change, is already within you.
This is the foundation of my work:
- Helping you feel more like yourself; free to be real, without the mask
- Finding the courage to be you; even when it’s uncomfortable
- Healing through honesty, not perfection; meeting yourself with compassion
- Building self-trust and a deeper connection; within and with others
I try to live these values every day, even when it’s hard. This isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up with honesty and heart. I’m here to walk beside you, at your pace, with no judgement, just presence, support, and care.
